Everything was covered, from the minute I walked in the door, met with friendly faces, offered hot drinks, not left waiting. Wasn't left feeling for one second like my face didn't fit which has happened many times in other local retailers

The tyre engineer at JKC had ordered the tyres needed in advance of my visit. They were fitted, the car had a vehicle check and was washed and cleaned for me.

I arrived early at the garage and was met by June who guided me through the online check in process. I was also offered tea/coffee and a lift to the train station. June was very pleasant and helpful.
