The sales representative Aaron was fantastic!!..a real credit to JKC in Coleraine. He explained everything in such a friendly and professional way making the buying process a joy for my wife and I. Just brilliant from start to finish.

Cara was extremely helpful and approachable. She was knowledgeable about the product and effortlessly (on her part) led me through the purchasing process, especially the 'paperwork'. My new car was extremely well presented when I took delivery of it.

I'm very satisfied. I found JKC BMW willing to negotiate, easy to deal with & very helpful in the purchasing process. I bought a 320i Touring which was on view in the showroom. My only reservation is that I wasn't told it was a pre 2025 update car

I was totally satisfied. All staff dealt with everything I required in a very professional and friendly manner as they always do. The service experience was of the highest standard.

The service is fantastic. All the staff from check-in to service and sales treat you like a customer and not a number. It really is 5*. Brought my car in for a warrenty job and they gave the car a mechanical once over and a wash. Couldn't be happier.
