In addition to the scheduled work on the car I asked the staff if they would be able to do something else. Even though it was very near closing time they facilitated the request.

I left my car in for its first service. As I had advised JKC that I was time critical they fully updated me with timely calls. My car was ready on time and when I returned to collect I got a coffee. Also a vehicle check by video and on paper.
