I've been having my car serviced at JKC for six years and never had a problem. The car is well out of warranty and I could get serviced elsewhere,but because the standard of service is so high I will continue to use JKC.

This time was one of my bad experiences - compared to your usual brilliant standards. I was told your were short of staff. There was no courtesy car. My car was kept for a whole day and a half before I learnt what the problem was.

The day before the service I contacted JKC to tell them that I had given the car to my wife so I gave them her details. They still contacted me 3 times the day of the service, the car wasn't ready when I called to collect it and it hadn't been washed

Outstanding customer service! Booked car in to get brakes looked at along with an MOT prep. Car was collected, rear caliper replaced then car delivered back in time for bank holiday weekend looking immaculate. MOT passed with no issues.
