The least I could expect is for the car to be cleaned. It was not and I had to wait half an hour while they did that. I also wasn't told the correct amount that was being taken from my card and didn't see it until I was at home.

I do not like the service app. When I leave my car for service I expect the engineer to carry out what is required. In my opinion I don't think I should be telling the engineer that the car requires an oil change or an oil filter. Just my opinion.

Again very good Service from the JKC, only two points of feedback - Tyre pressure monitoring, all pressures were just on the warning notification threshold (31/32 PSI) causing a service flag - required pressure reset and seemed to clear the flag.

Car serviced in April, but waring lights appeared in September. JKC said the car didn't tell them it needed oil. When I went to collect the car I was kept waiting for 45 minutes,with a young child, seeing someone to pay.

I've deducted a star because Communication between reception and the service desk is not always satisfactory. I suspect the problem is at the service desk end. The means of communication is by email I'm told.

JKC go way and beyond other dealers for customer satisfaction. Problems with my new X5 they are trying to resolve. Dash trim needs replaced so is on back order! If this was not possible to replace, car would have gone back to BMW. JKC are helpful

Left car in to get water leak fixed and it happened again. I like the idea of self check in but you need to have a solution to speed up collection of loan car. When I wait it's nice to be offered a coffee. This happen sometimes but should be always.

The issue with my x3 was a common fault known by the technical service staff. however this hadn't been relayed to the customer facing staff resulting in a wasted day traveling to coleraine for an issue that could of been addressed on the phone
