Efficient, friendly service. One aspect that could be improved is the waiting area. Decided to stay while car being service and facilities to enable working, i.e. desks, sitting area could be improved.

The car had a fault, the Service Dept didn't really know what was happening. I was given some poor reasons but we eventually sorted out the problem.My biggest issue was that all through the above I had to call BMW they did not call me - not good.

In our quest to diagnose the exact problem with your car, there was significant testing involved. Thankfully, that worked, we identified the fault and it's great to hear your car is now driving perfectly. Apologies if you felt our communication was poor. I have reviewed all the incoming and outgoing calls regarding this visit, and although our Service Advisor was not always available, a return phone call was always made as soon as he was free. Apart from the fact that I had to drive over 60 miles to the dealership and leave my vehicle there for 5 days and over a weekend and then return for said vehicle for what I considered a minor fault with door locks I was satisfied with the end result.

To confirm our telephone conversation, the fact the fault was intermittent resulted in us testing the car over several days to identify the problem.
