maybe not jkc fault but I was not pleased at being asked to fix a rear heated seated button on a brand new x5. left a bad taste!

I understand JKC repaired the button as a goodwill gesture, with no cost incurred by yourself. Unfortunately this repair did not fall under the terms of the manufacturer's warranty, hence the reason we stepped in to resolve the situation and deliver a positive customer experience! My car has an ongoing headlight issue. JKC couldn't find an issue with the car on the day so it has to go back 4 weeks later. Not good enough driving my car with a faulty headlight for a month - car clearly was sold in this way - very poor aftercare.

Quite disappointed tbh. They didn't pump up my tires. I had a low pressure warning driving out of the dealership. For what I paid I would have thought they could have done this little thing for me. I guess it's not covered by the £900 :-(

My recent visit to JKC was for a 2 yr service - oil and micro filter change. I was quoted 1.5-2 hours, in fact the service took 3 hours.
