Parts Apprentice
JKC is looking for a Parts Apprentice.
Your role
We are seeking a highly motivated parts apprentice to join our successful parts team. The role will based at our new state of the art workshop at Coleraine Harbour.
As a Parts Apprentice, you will enjoy working in a busy trade department ensuring the correct parts are ordered for customers both internal and external, exceeding expectations where possible and delivering high-class service.
The main duties of the role include:
Liaise with customers, assisting to identify and source parts
Ensure parts are correctly ordered to specification and checked on arrival
Follow up with customers on the progress of parts and prices
Maintain a tidy Parts department and workstation
Assist with stock checks, identifying damaged goods or losses
Your profile
To be a success in this role, you will have:
Effective communication skills
Commitment to delivering customer excellence
A good standard of verbal and numerical reasoning
A keen eye for detail
Core skills in computing are essential
5 GSCE's (grade A-C) to include Maths, English and preferably IT
