the car was to be delivered at 10.00. I rang and emailed Rees but he didn't respond until 11.00am. He then advised that he wouldn't be delivering the vehicle (as agreed) and that a driver would drop it to my office. The driver arrived at 1.15pm

Thanks to Zara for her great service and help re loan car whilst repair was completed. She kept in regular contact and kept me informed of progress. Also a nice touch to deliver my car to the house upon completion ( I live 85 miles from JKC).
