I was very satisfied with the service from JKC, and it was completed quickly and efficiently.

Given a price by service manager Natasha for filter/oil service /inspection. This was agreed. Then phoned about brake pads needing replaced during the service which I agreed. Then phoned abt a 2nd inspection needed that no one had flagged previously.

JKC dealt with the problem well. So far it appears to be corrected, but it is early days. I'm not entirely confident in the car because of the history.

Everything was so efficient and staff kept me informed. The driver who collected and delivered my vehicle was great. My car was immaculate when left back as well. If I compare to other dealers JKC top of my list .
