The issue arising was the service should have been 1.5 hours. It was discovered that an update was needed requiring it to be retained until late the following day. This was due to update taking much longer than expected.

1st visit, noisy door seal, told me thru the phone that clear tape was apply to stop it, collect the car and was nothing done, lies! 2nd visit same issue, apply tape but my 8 year son can do it better! is that BMW standards?

When I left my car in for its service, it was taken immediately, about two hours later I had a phone call to say it was ready. When I called to collect it, it had two new tyres and was washed and cleaned both inside and outside, that I like.

when I bought my new car the front bumper was repainted I wash the car at home to stop it being damaged but the paint started flaking off it was touched up by jkc but has just flaked off again
