The technicians, through the front desk staff, alerted me to what was required on my BMW 320D, and we agreed date for the jobs to be carried out. One of the parts was for a different model, but we agreed a new date, and got work carried out.

Staff were great, very courteous and helpful but I was told the problem I had was fixed and within 5 minutes of leaving the garage the fault had returned and now I am being told that I must replace the turbo even though a separate part is faulty

service took longer than I was originally told but I was given a courtesy car as I had another appointment and couldn't wait any longer.

Appeared not to care after I requested they look at my vehicle as I believed there to be a fault with it. On two separate occasions I was informed that an appointment was not available until 10 days away. Was told to contact bmw emergency service !
