when I bought my new car the front bumper was repainted I wash the car at home to stop it being damaged but the paint started flaking off it was touched up by jkc but has just flaked off again

I was advised that my rear brake pads were 75% worn but wasn't asked if I wanted them changed whilst the vehicle was in the workshop being serviced

Took 3 weeks to get a fairly dicey problem fixed which could have left me in the rain with the sunroof refusing to close. In my opinion this should have been seen to with a lot more urgency, due to the nature of the problem. However it seems good now
