Fault fixed without any fuss and courtesy car provided when my car was being kept overnight.

Apart from the fact that I had to drive over 60 miles to the dealership and leave my vehicle there for 5 days and over a weekend and then return for said vehicle for what I considered a minor fault with door locks I was satisfied with the end result.

The car had a fault, the Service Dept didn't really know what was happening. I was given some poor reasons but we eventually sorted out the problem.My biggest issue was that all through the above I had to call BMW they did not call me - not good.

In our quest to diagnose the exact problem with your car, there was significant testing involved. Thankfully, that worked, we identified the fault and it's great to hear your car is now driving perfectly. Apologies if you felt our communication was poor. I have reviewed all the incoming and outgoing calls regarding this visit, and although our Service Advisor was not always available, a return phone call was always made as soon as he was free. Wasn't happy with not being given a printed out check list of what was actually done, and indicating to me how long was left on my tyres, brake pads & wiper blades etc,.engine wasn't cleaned at all, it barely looked touched. Gave me no confidence

My car had to go to the garage to be checked due to some problems following an incident during work to fix a warranty problem. Despite the garage saying there is nothing wrong with the car I dont feel that the issues are fully resolved.

The courtesy car was waiting for me as promised ... and a play area for a baby was a great addition and the tea made buscuits where great also
