I was made to feel welcome the minute I walked in the door. It was explained clearly what the service entailed.

JKC always check after services that we are satisfied with the work. The staff are very courteous and offer refreshments as soon as we arrive or if we don't have time to call our car is collected and a courtesy car left for our convenience.

Rear brakes were replaced, however they are now sticking so I need this issue sorted.

Only reason I have not selected completely satisfied is due to their being warning messages during the year for "Drivetrain malfunction" however this was not picked up during service, car subsequently lost power when driving

Had these warning messages been identified to the Service desk when your car was left in for it's routine service, the technician would have ran a diagnostic check which is a separate procedure to the service the car was due at the time. As this wasn't highlighted, we only carried out the service as requested. Thank you for taking my call to discuss this. Quite expensive for an oil change.

Once you factor in that your car also received BMW Genuine Parts fitted by BMW trained technicians who also carried out a full Vehicle Health Check we feel it represents pretty good value! The sales rep whose name was Ryan, kept me informed what was happening to the progress of manufacturing and arrival of the car, I changed my mind a couple of times about the colour of it which probably drove him bonkers, but he always said it was ok.
