Quite expensive for an oil change.

Thank you for your feedback. Just to confirm, your oil service also included a microfilter service and a new pollen filter in line with the manufacturers guidelines. Once you factor in that your car also received BMW Genuine Parts fitted by BMW trained technicians who also carried out a full Vehicle Health Check we feel it represents pretty good value! The service indicator was not reset. There was a loose cover lying in the boot.

No call back from service dept.Did get work done but not happy with amount charged for topping-up the ad-blue.Audi offer the same service f.o.c. as long as the fluid is puchased.Very expensive for someone to fill a bottle !!!

I was phoned ahead of time alerting me to the date for MOT and service so I could plan my life around the time when I would have a JKC courtesy car.

My car was not firing on a cylinder. The computer check showed up cylinder No 3 but, further investigation showed it was the Electronic Control Unit which was faulty, and identified this very quickly
