Car in for "battery discharge" & "Steering Columb under voltage" faults. BM Tech said, it's due to car dash cam drain. Said "very strange, as dash cam is not connected to the battery"!! Didn't give me much confidence, battery subsequently changed :)

Disappointed in the condition that my car was returned to me after a visit to their workshop. The front wheels were dirty where they had been removed to replace the brake discs and pads. Also, the driver's seat was stained.

Apologies for your car not being returned to your satisfaction. Your car did receive a complimentary wash & hoover, but your front wheels were removed afterwards hence the problem. I understand our Service team cleaned the alloys for you before you left the premises. We were unaware of the stain on the driver's seat which seems odd as your driver's seat had a protective cover on it whilst it was in our care. Delighted to hear everything else went well! The sales rep whose name was Ryan, kept me informed what was happening to the progress of manufacturing and arrival of the car, I changed my mind a couple of times about the colour of it which probably drove him bonkers, but he always said it was ok.
