JKC delivers customer service second to none. When we collected our car after a computer upgrade, to our amazement we received a complimentary valet. It was followed up the next day to ensure we were completely satisfied.

I was very very unhappy with the service. I was referred by a garage for a faulty door latch, BMW advised there was a faulty batch and booked the car in. Only to be told it wasn't the case, and charged £160 for diagnostics and labor, and not fixed

Unfortunately, the advice you were given by your local mechanic turned out to be incorrect. After our diagnostic check, which was £160 due to the time involved, we established that the problem with your door was down to a cable, not the door latch as diagnosed by your mechanic. I believe a new cable has now been fitted and your door is working perfectly. Thank you for taking my call to discuss this, as we feel we offered good customer service on this occasion. A brake pad change service ended up taking almost 7 hours because of a software update. Was not kept informed of progress as promised. When I came back to get status was told car was ready, but waited another 105 mins before getting it. Wasted day!
